ORESHAKA | PREFABRICATED WOODEN HOUSES

Our prefabricated houses are made of single panels of different sizes. The panel is a wooden frame made of softwood – pine or spruce closed on both sides with OSB with mineral or rock wool and polyethylene put in the middle. The panels are joined in between by technological openings made in them and by bolts and studs. The assembly of the panels on the concrete slab is carried out on a beam connected to it by stay bolts.

The foundation of the house is usually built by the customer but our company can also provide this service. picture
