It is a one-storey house with an area of 150 sq. m. The assembly started on 19.07.2006 and ended on 29.08.2006. The house has a spacious living-room, a kitchenette, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garage.
By the customer’s wish the house is delivered at stage “rough construction”.
