Materials used

The types of exterior cladding we offer are:

- cladding with expanded polystyrene and mineral plaster

- stone cladding

- brick cladding

- wooden cladding

The roof is made in a classical way – with beams and hips with smooth covering of OSB. The covering can be made of bitumen, ceramic and concrete roof-tiles, “Onduline” and sheet metal.

We offer all types of gutters – PVC and sheet metal at customer’s choice.

Windows and doors – wooden, PVC and aluminum insulating glass units for the windows. Agglutinate, wooden, fibreboard, MDF and HDF doors.

The types of interior cladding we offer are gypsum cardboard and latex. The ceilings are also with gypsum cardboard or pine-wood casing.

We offer various types of flooring – laminated floors, hardwood floor, terracotta tiles.

Wet premises are clad with gypsum fibreboard, terracotta and faience. The plumbing installation is hidden, made with polypropylene pipes. The electric installation is also hidden – CBT 1,5-6 mm in corrugated pipe. The apartment’s electric panel is with minimum 6 or 8 circuits.

We offer hidden cabling for Internet, cable TV, telephone.

Different types of heating are possible:

- fireplace with water jacket

- gas or electric boiler with aluminum radiators

- solar cells
