Sole Trader “Vasil Hadzhidimitrov” – town of Peshtera was registered in December 1991. The company is engaged in manufacturing and assembling of prefabricated houses upon customer’s design. Due to the high quality of execution of the orders the company has establish itself successfully on the Bulgarian and international market.
The seat of the company is located in the town of Peshtera and the factory in which the prefabricated houses are manufactured – in the town of Bratsigovo. The factory is equipped with the most up-to-date technologies for production of prefabricated houses.
Sole Trader “Vasil Hadzhidimitrov” is registered in compliance with Standard 15 which encompasses the main requirements of the European Union in the field of phito-sanitary control. It also has its own drying chamber in which the wood needed for the houses is processed and dried.
The company follows the latest trends in this modern type of construction and offers the newest systems currently established on the market.
